Free Consultation: Prospective clients are welcome (and encouraged) to book a complimentary 15 minute phone or Zoom consultation so we can discuss and assess your needs. If you need in-person work at your home, a Zoom call will be necessary so we can see the space. Contact us here.
Payment: Payment is due 48 hours before work begins. We accept Venmo, Zelle & Paypal.

TERMS OF SERVICE
All payment is due 48 hours prior to time of service, whether it’s remote or on-site.
Packaged hours must be used within 6 months from purchase date. Unused hours will not carry over.
There is a four hour minimum service request.
60 minutes of round trip travel time is included per session. Any travel time over 60 minutes will be billed in 15 minute increments at 50% of the hourly rate.¹
We do not accept on-site work with solo male clients. Exceptions made at the sole discretion of JCS.
Any third-party purchases and services (including cost of supply materials and other miscellaneous expenses) are additional expenses that are the client’s responsibility. Receipts will be provided to the client for reimbursement, and payment is due upon receipt.
Jen’s Concierge Services reserves the right to change our prices without notice.
All clients are given a short Statement of Work (SOW) agreement prior to start that outlines the expected work, as well as the terms of service mentioned here. Clients are required to read, initial, and return signed SOW back to us no less than 48 hours before the start of the work.
¹ Travel time example: If you buy The Helper package and live 60 minutes away one way, the round trip charge would = 1 hour * $200/hr X 50% = $100 for travel time.
